3. Pre-Placement Talk: Companies explain the job role, CTC, eligibility and selection process.
4. Eligibility Screening & Shortlisting: Students are shortlisted by branch eligibility and academic criteria, as in the branch-wise drives above.
5. Aptitude / Technical Rounds: Written tests, technical assessments or coding rounds, depending on the recruiter.
6. Interview Rounds: Technical and/or HR interviews.
7. Final Selection & Offer: Selected students receive offer letters from the company.
8. Support Programmes: Students also get support through training, live projects (300+ students are currently working on them) and internships.
