The RRB NTPC admit card 2026 is not out yet. RRB has not announced CBT 1 dates for CEN 06/2026 or CEN 07/2026. As per the CEN, the city slip comes out about 10 days before the exam, and the e-call letter about 4 days before.
RRB NTPC 2026 has two notices. CEN 06/2026 is for Graduate posts and CEN 07/2026 is for Undergraduate posts. Applications are still open, so no exam date or admit card exists yet for either notice.

RRB NTPC Admit Card 2026 at a Glance
Both notices are still in the application stage. RRB has not released a city slip or e-call letter for either. The city slip is expected about 10 days before CBT 1, and the e-call letter about 4 days before.
RRB NTPC Admit Card 2026 Release Date
The CEN sets two timelines. City intimation is given about 10 days before the exam. The e-call letter can be downloaded about 4 days before. RRB NTPC has not fixed CBT 1 dates, so no release date exists yet.
Last cycle followed the same pattern. The city slip came 9 to 10 days before the first exam, and the e-call letter came 4 days before. The same gaps are the best guide for the 2026 cycle.

How to Check the RRB NTPC Exam City
The exam city comes from the city intimation slip, released about 10 days before CBT 1. It is not out yet. The slip shows the exam city, state, date, and shift. It does not work as an admit card.
- Open rrb.indianrailways.gov.in.
- Go to the page of the chosen RRB.
- Click the city intimation slip link and log in.
RRB NTPC City Intimation Slip vs Admit Card
The city slip and the e-call letter are different documents. The city slip shows the exam city, state, date, and shift. The e-call letter shows the full venue details. Only the e-call letter is allowed inside the test centre.
How to Download the RRB NTPC Admit Card 2026
- Open the unified RRB website, rrb.indianrailways.gov.in.
- Go to the official page of the RRB chosen in the application.
- Click the CBT 1 e-call letter link for CEN 06/2026 or CEN 07/2026.
- Log in with the registration number and password.
- Check the name, photo, signature, date, shift, and centre.
- Download the e-call letter and print it clearly.
E-call letters must be downloaded only from the official RRB website. No call letter is sent by post. SMS and email alerts may also arrive, but delivery can fail. Regular checks of the website are advised.
The e-call letter typically shows the name, registration number, photo, signature, exam date, shift, and centre address. Mistakes in personal details should be reported to the RRB. No change of centre, date or shift is allowed.
RRB NTPC Documents to Carry on Exam Day
RRB NTPC accepts the following as documents: Aadhaar card, PAN card, or other government-issued IDs. To know the complete list, see the table
Candidates without the e-call letter and an original photo ID are not allowed to appear. Photocopies and phone images are not originals. The photo and signature are checked against the application at the centre.
RRB NTPC Self-Declaration Rule at the Centre
A self-declaration paragraph must be written at the exam venue. The candidate must write it in the hall, sign it, and add a left thumb impression in front of the invigilator. It must be handed over before the exam ends.
Writing it in advance leads to rejection. Signing in capital letters also leads to rejection. The signature should match the one uploaded in the application. Signatures must stay identical at every stage.
Banned Items at the Test Centre for RRB NTPC Exam
For the RRB NTPC Exam, mobile phones, watches, earphones, Bluetooth devices, health bands, and calculators are banned. So are books, pens, paper, belts, handbags, caps, purses, cameras, water bottles and food. A pen is provided in the hall.
Cloakroom arrangements may not be available at the venue. Henna or mehndi on hands blocks biometric capture and should be avoided. A mobile phone found in the hall, even switched off, leads to cancellation and a ban from RRB exams.
RRB NTPC Exam City, Centre and Shift Rules
City, centre, date, and shift depend on technical and logistical limits. Candidates may have to travel to another city or state. No request for a change is accepted under any circumstance. RRB can also reschedule a CBT for technical reasons.
Getting an e-call letter does not mean the candidature is accepted. Photo, signature, and credentials are checked again at the centre. Eligibility is checked against original documents only at Document Verification.
Does RRB NTPC Provide Free Train Travel for SC and ST Candidates?
Only SC and ST candidates who opted for the free pass in the RRB NTPC application get it. The travel authority comes with the e-call letter. A self-attested copy of the e-call letter and the certificate is shown at the booking counter.
The pass is for sleeper class. Travel without the originals is treated as ticketless travel and charged accordingly. Misuse of the facility can lead to rejection and a ban from future RRB exams.
RRB NTPC Scribe and Extra Time for PwBD Candidates
PwBD candidates who use a scribe get 120 minutes instead of 90. The scribe receives a separate e-call letter. The scribe must carry the original ID proof used for registration. The undertaking and disability certificate are submitted at the centre.
RRB NTPC Helpline and Fake Website Warning
For RRB NTPC application queries, the helpline runs from 10 AM to 5 PM on working days. The phone numbers are 9592001188 and 01725653333, and the email is rrb.help@csc.gov.in. The CEN warns about fake websites, so only rrb.indianrailways.gov.in should be trusted.
