RRB NTPC 2026 is at the application stage. The Graduate form closes on 6 November and the UG form on 13 November. No CBT has been held under CEN 06/2026 or CEN 07/2026, so no answer key exists for them.

RRB NTPC Answer Key 2026 at a Glance
The RRB NTPC answer key 2026 is not released for either notice. Graduate CEN 06/2026 and UG CEN 07/2026 have no CBT date yet. Last cycle, each objection cost INR 50. The key is expected on the regional RRB websites.
RRB NTPC Answer Key 2026 Release Date
RRB releases the provisional answer key a few days after each CBT ends. Last cycle, the gap was 5 to 10 days. For the 2026 notices, the date depends on the CBT 1 schedule, which RRB has not announced. The expected release date for CEN 06/2026 and CEN 07/2026 will be around that time. Objection windows closed at 11:55 PM and stayed open for 6 to 8 days. Response sheets could be viewed only until the window ended. So the window is the only time to check and challenge answers.
RRB NTPC Answer Key CBT 1
RRB NTPC CBT 1 has 100 questions with one-third negative marking. The CBT 1 answer key comes first and covers the screening test. For CEN 06/2026 and CEN 07/2026, it will follow the CBT 1 exam, which is not scheduled yet.
RRB NTPC Graduate CBT 1 Answer Key 2026
The Graduate CBT 1 answer key for CEN 06/2025 came out on 6 April 2026. It covered the exam held from 16 to 27 March. Objections stayed open until 12 April. The key for CEN 06/2026 is not out.
RRB NTPC UG Answer Key 2026
RRB NTPC Undergraduate Answer Key (CBT 1) for CEN 07/2025 came out on 27 June 2026. It covered the exam held from 7 May to 20 June. Objections stayed open until 5 July. The key for CEN 07/2026 is not out.
How to Check RRB NTPC Answer Key 2026
- Open rrb.indianrailways.gov.in and go to the page of the chosen RRB.
- Click the answer key link for CEN 06/2026 (Graduate) or CEN 07/2026 (UG).
- Log in with the registration number and date of birth or password.
- Open the question paper, response sheet, and provisional answer key.
- Compare each recorded response with the key.
- Raise an objection before the window closes if an answer looks wrong.
How to Calculate the Score for RRB NTPC?
Each correct answer earns one mark, and each wrong answer costs one-third. For example, 80 correct and 12 wrong gives 76 marks. Normalisation can change the final score, so the raw score is only an estimate.
RRB NTPC Objection Fee and Process
Each objection costs INR 50 plus bank charges. The fee is refunded, after bank charges, if the objection is accepted. RRB’s decision on objections is final. A final key is prepared after review, before the result.
RRB NTPC Cut Off: RRB Bengaluru and RRB Chennai (Last Cycle)
Cut-offs are released with the CBT result, after the final answer key. These are last cycle’s CBT 1 cut-offs for UR candidates, out of 100. They differ by RRB, post and category, and the 2026 cut-offs are not out.
Category numbers follow the last cycle’s notices, so they do not match the 2026 category list. Across both levels, UR cut-offs ran from 69.51 to 80.03 in Bengaluru and from 75.08 to 83.26 in Chennai.
What Happens After the Answer Key of RRB NTPC
In the last cycle, the CBT 1 result came 66 days after the Graduate key and 58 days after the UG key. CBT 2 was held 29 and 24 days after those results. These gaps are a guide only.
After CBT 2, candidates equal to the vacancies are called for Document Verification (1:1). Originals and two sets of self-attested copies are checked, and a medical test follows. Empanelment is by merit. The Railways then issue the offer of appointment.
Selection does not give a right to appointment. Training comes with a stipend only. Once empanelled, a candidate cannot be considered for other posts at the same pay level. Posting follows the allotted zone or unit.

Is the RRB NTPC answer key released?
No. The answer key is not released for CEN 06/2026 or CEN 07/2026 because no CBT has been held. The earlier cycle’s keys for CEN 06/2025 and CEN 07/2025 were released between April and September 2026.

The steps are the same as CBT 1, using the CBT 2 link on the RRB page. Last cycle, the Graduate CBT 2 key came on 15 July 2026, five days after the exam. The UG CBT 2 key came on 24 September 2026, seven days later.
Can I crack RRB NTPC in the first attempt?
Yes, but the race is tight. Neither notice sets a limit on attempts. CBT 2 shortlists about 15 candidates per vacancy, and Document Verification calls 1 per vacancy. So about 1 in 15 CBT 2 candidates moves ahead.
